Broadly, this integral position will see you engaging and forging collaborative relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and delivering organisational objectives.The Role:Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide leadership, management and oversight to all facets relating to client and community liaison encompassing the following departments;Foundation and stakeholder engagementMarketing and CommunicationsAdmissions/Accommodation andCultural, Spiritual and Community RelationsSome key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:Ensuring optimum occupancy levels in Residential Care and Independent Living as well as maximising accommodation incomeAugmenting community engagement through the development and rollout of diverse and innovative programsOverseeing the Volunteers Program ensuring positive relationships are developed and enhanced outcomes for consumers are achievedOverseeing the Marketing & Communications function and ensuring the use of a wide range of mediums in order to engage our audienceManaging the provision of ongoing and meaningful spiritual and cultural experiences for all residents and inter-generational relationship developmentIn conjunction with the essential criteria, you will possess extensive knowledge and understanding of the Jewish community and culture and will embody the Montefiore Experience by delivering the best possible care and services to our consumers. You will have a genuine desire and passion for working within the aged care sector and the Montefiore community.Essential Criteria:A tertiary qualification in a related disciplineMinimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior management positionWell-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and foster relationshipsInfluencing and negotiating skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in working across large cross functional teamsIntermediate to advanced computer literacy skillsDesirable Criteria:Prior experience in a health-related industryAbout us:Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 130-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
